By installing or using any PhantomWeave browser extension or service ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.

PhantomWeave provides browser extensions that offer utility features including but not limited to: two-factor authentication, image conversion, browser synchronization, and productivity tools. The extensions are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your browser and device.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the extensions.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your browser.

4. Intellectual Property

All extensions, code, design, and content provided by PhantomWeave are owned by PhantomWeave and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extensions for personal or business use.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

6. Limitation of Liability

PhantomWeave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
